Popstar Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears has undergone a secret tummy trimming treatment, according to reports.

The 17-year-old took soy injections, which dissolve the fat, to reduce her flab, according to National Enquirer and Star magazine.

Although The National Enquirer claims that the ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time’ hitmaker’s sister went for the procedure recently, The Star claims she was treated shortly before she detected her pregnancy in October 2007.

"Her mom, Lynne, approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient. She had no idea she was pregnant,” Contactmusic quoted a source, as telling the Star.

If the reports are to be believed operation experts claim the teenager put her unborn daughter''s health at risk.
