Consume Whole Milk, Ice Cream To Get Pregnant
Women wanting to get pregnant should opt for ice creams and whole milk instead of fat free milk. This was disclosed by a study undertook by Jorge Chavarro and colleagues from Harvard University's School of Public Health.
This study was conducted in the United States between 1991 and 1999 on 18,555 women. They were in the ages of 24-42 wanting to get pregnant. Jorge says that a daily serving of low fat or fat free milk may prove counter productive for women who are desirous of becoming mothers. The low fat milk puts these women at an 85% higher risk of infertility because of lack of ovulation.

On the other hand, women consuming high fat dairy products like milk shake, ice cream or whole milk had a decreased chance of ovulatory infertility. Jorge also challenges the US guidelines on dairy products and infertility and advises women wishing to get pregnant to consume high fat dairy products.
