hi, ive recently just had an operation to remove my appendix, i am a keen rugby player and weightlifter and obviously i have been warned not to participate in these activities as it could cause more problems i.e. hernia problems etc. i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how i would be able to recognise that my body is repaired sufficiently enough to continue my hobbies? and also when will it be safe to start cardiovascular exercise i.e. running on a treadmill?
